Group buyers enjoy Free Chinese Lunch from Mar 3 to Mar 5.

The Guidelines are only applicable to overseas buyers visiting DPES Print Expo Huaqiao 2019.

Overseas buyers take taxi from Shanghai Urban Area/ Shanghai Hongqiao Airport(SHA) / National Exhibition and Convention Center(NECC) / Hongqiao Metro Station to Huaqiao Expo Center or reception hotels. Please remember to ask the taxi driver for printed receipt after payment.
Buyers go to the Allowance Counter in Overseas Registration Center. Kindly provide original passports and taxi receipts and you will get taxi allowance of RMB150 in cash.
Those who come from Shanghai Pudong Airport(PVG) by taxi and provide their air tickets with arrival airport PVG for the day and taxi receipts can get extra allowance of 200 RMB for taxi fare. Maximum allowance is 350 RMB.
Please note that
1) Overseas buyers must provide original passports and taxi receipts to get allowance. No allowance will be issued to those without receipts. Original receipts and allowance record will be collected by our staff.
2) We offer allowance once only. For those who have received allowance, we do not offer second allowance service.
3) Application date is Mar 3 - 7, 2019. The printed date of taxi receipts must be the same with application date. Allowance is Only for those who take taxi from Shanghai to Huaqiao. Receipts from other cities are not accepted.

Overseas buyers contact us through email sales@dpes.com.cn or service@dpes.com.cn for Free Hotel Application Form. Buyers should fill the form with necessary information including passport number, name, flight number and send it back by email prior to Feb 11, 2019. Individuals or group buyers need to send the form together with electronic flight itinerary. Group buyers refer to groups with 4 people or more. Group buyers enjoy Free Chinese Lunch for three days. Lunch vouchers are provided from Mar 3 to Mar 5.
Overseas buyers will receive Organizer confirmation letters by email after we collect all necessary information and make arrangements for hotel rooms.
Overseas buyers check in at the front desk of reception hotel with confirmation letters and passports. Hotel address will be provided prior to buyers’ arrival.
Please note that
1) Buyers can only check in at the Reception Hotels and enjoy 3 nights accommodation from Mar 2 to Mar 4. Out of this period, the cost will be charged by buyers themselves.
2) Accommodation is only available for buyers whose passport numbers are registered by us.

Please be noted that visitors DON'T need to pre-register. Please bring your business card to exchange a badge at the registration center free of charge.
